Greiner-Maltz will assist clients in determining their space needs and in adapting new facilities for their specific use. We will perform land use and market studies; and, working with our clients, their architects, engineers, and space planners will assist in determining the criteria, which must be met in their new quarters. Our proprietary listings identify potentially suitable locations and facilities, which allow us to project total costs over time to help our client make the best decisions.
